The International VESAK 2010 Buddhist Film Festival was staged at the BMICH Convention Centre from the 28th - 30th Mar 2010. Ten giant screens exhibited the selected lilms free of charge to the stream of Visitors at the “Cinema Dansala”. The Digital Pandal was also an attraction at the entrance while the recreated image of the ‘Kingdom of Saks-as” the Palace Complex where Prince Siddhartha lived over 2600 years ago, impressed the visitors. Thirty three Foreign Films and eighty local lilms were selected for the VESAK 2010 FESTIVAL.
